Nice ramen spot! Service was decent, one server serving the whole small room. We were a group of 3 and sat on the bar near closing time. We ordered a couple set with Spicy Kaisen ramen (hold the spice) if I had that one again I’d ask for a splash of spice. As well as the Shio ramen. It came with 3 apps. We were hoping to try the fried squid but we got the takoyaki (so yum), chicken karaage (tasty and juicy), and the beef gyoza (well filled and tasty). The 3rd person got Shoyu and loved it. Both of us added ajitama (soft boiled flavored egg) and it was one of the best ones we’ve had in ramen spots! We ended with the Vegan Mochi and the texture and flavors were pretty great but perhaps the dairy ones were better.

Online order... I've eaten here before. Last time was a yr ago. Food and service were great BACK THEN. NOW, this picture is what $25 gets you. $19 for the ramen with half an okra, one shitake cut mushroom top, and some white cabbage. $3 for the egg and $3 for what little kimchi they offer. I understand this is a service, but I'm also a chef. These ingredients all together are less than $5 in a regular market. They get these at discount for being a restaurant. Would it end your business to actually provide customers with more quality and quantity of ingredients? This is supposed to be the "Spirit Lifter" Ramen. THERE'S MORE. Trying the karage chicken ($15) don buri for the first time. It's supposed to be a crispy chicken dish on a bed of white rice. They shipped the chicken and the rice together, so now the "crispy chicken" is soggy breaded boneless wings.

Been here before, but the first time I’m reviewing, because their consistency and deliciousness is amazing. I’m always a ramen head. So that’s all i eat. Thank you for the always delicious broths and wonderful service. We will be back again. And again. :)

Was craving some ramen and gave this place a try. Everything was delicious! I did feel like the spicy miso tonkotsu ramen could have been spicier but was very happy with the meal! Give this spot a try!

Fantastic ramen! A must add to any bowl is their homemade tofu, but you can't go wrong here. Service is super quick too. This is my favorite place to stop when I travel through northern NJ.

nice ramen area! clean atmosphere, good service and the food was good. the ramen is pretty spicy, so i would reccommend getting the spice on the side if you dont handle spice well. overall reccommend!

Delicious! Grabbed a last minute seating on a packed Friday night. Service was great. Bright hip vibes. Shishito Peppers, Shoyu, Spicy Miso Tonkotsu all prepared well.

Oh my! I’ve had lots of Ramen around central Jersey before, but this one really does stand out above the others. The pork was extremely tender and juicy, the broth had one of the most complex composures I could taste, and the Gyoza was quite the hand-crafted delicacy. The chefs and waiters were all very attentive and they really do show that they care about their customers. This is 100% my favorite ramen spot in all of central Jersey!
